Protein Pudding

Do you get the night time munchies, or crave something sweet before bed? Try this one out: Protein Pudding:
1/2 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder (studies show casein protein powder is best consumed at night)
Splash of water (for consistency - so it isn't as thick)
Mix together, sprinkle cinnamon on top and there's your treat! :) Approximately 140 calories.
