Capstone Fitness' Boot Camp is not like any other. Our certified personal trainers are dedicated to giving you a personal training experience within a group setting. We strive to keep our classes smaller and continuously adjust our routines to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.
Our workouts target different muscle groups throughout the week, helping you to achieve optimum results in 45 minutes.

All boot camp workouts can be modified up or down, so our workouts will push you no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
Consistency results in rapid results. Classes are offered 6 days a week.
Equipment provided for Boot Camp Classes, no need to bring anything but a water bottle and a sweat towel.
We have a couple different pricing options available; however, most people choose to sign up for the unlimited classes with autopay. Although we recommend a minimum of 3 days a week for better results, we want you to pick what works best for you!
