There are a lot of fitness class options. What makes us different?

We consistently produce results using weight-training based methods. Cardio is great for the heart, but weight training transforms the body. What is cardio? Exercises like running, walking, burpees, jumping, ball slams, etc. are all examples of cardio. These exercises are designed to raise the heart rate, but won’t change the body significantly. Our program is weight training based, and we target specific muscle groups each workout. It is not a workout that simply makes you sweat so that you think you’re working out effectively. You will increase muscle and start to burn fat more efficiently - even at rest. We have proven results ranging from training women for bikini competitions and taking first place to helping others get off medications, many of which are for chronic conditions.

We are family owned and operated. Capstone Fitness is family owned which means we set our own rules. We understand that people have lives and things come up, so we do not lock people into contracts, charge initiation or cancellation fees, or charge if you show up late to class. We simply want our clients to be successful without a ton of regulation.

We have small classes that are run by a personal trainer. Capstone Fitness began as a personal training studio. Classes were only added after being requested, so we are still personal trainers at heart that focus on form and making sure all clients are working out safely and effectively.

We work around injuries. We are personal trainers and know how to train bodies safely and effectively, even with injury present. We take a personal approach to each client and will ensure each workout won’t cause any further harm.

Unlike open gyms, we provide a friendly and personal experience in a small group setting. While some people may prefer the option of an open gym, many people aren’t sure how to effectively work out. Common undesirable scenarios at an open gym are hopping on a cardio machine for 45 minutes (which won’t provide the best results) or waiting for someone to get off a piece of equipment that they would like to use. Some may also take a class at the gym; however, most classes are cardio based or use light weights only, so you may not be maximizing your time and energy.

All levels are welcome. Whether you are new to exercise or have been working out for a while, our program is designed for all levels.

We care. Capstone Fitness has been around for 12 years, and we have truly been blessed with the best clients and staff. We strive to continue to grow this amazing Capstone Family and continue to inspire others to be the best version of themselves.

Pricing:
Monthly unlimited with autopay is $179. We do not have contracts and you can come to as many classes as you would like.
