Capstone Fitness' Boot Camp is not like any other. Our certified personal trainers are dedicated to giving you a personal training experience within a group setting. We strive to keep our classes smaller and continuously adjust our routines to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

  • Our workouts target different muscle groups throughout the week, helping you to achieve optimum results in 45 minutes. 

  • We strive to keep smaller class sizes, to maintain an intimate training session. 

  • We used methods that are efficient and effective.  

  • All boot camp workouts can be modified up or down, so our workouts will push you no matter where you are in your fitness journey. 

  • Consistency results in rapid results. Classes are offered 6 days a week.

  • Equipment provided for Boot Camp Classes, no need to bring anything but a water bottle and a sweat towel. 

Pricing:

We have a couple different pricing options available; however, most people choose to sign up for the unlimited classes with autopay. Although we recommend a minimum of 3 days a week for better results, we want you to pick what works best for you!
