Have you ever wondered what it takes to train like a bikini competitor but haven't wanted to step foot on stage? Or maybe you do want to get out there and compete. We have created a program that allows you to do both!

CUT was created in 2015 when Christina competed in her 1st NPC bikini competition and took 1st place. Our clients asked for her to put a program together so they could do similar without having to compete. Since then, many have gone through the program and have achieved amazing results and some even went to the stage and each of them brought home medals!

 

CUT requires clients to train 6 days a week, and they must log and track all nutrition. Weight, body fat, measurements and pictures will be taken prior to the program and custom macros will be given to client. Each week, client will have weight, body fat and pictures taken and macros will be adjusted as needed.

 

Clients must be enrolled in the unlimited boot camp to complete this program. Programs can be 4 or 6 weeks and they run at various times throughout the year. Please inquire about pricing as repeat clients receive a discount.
