Jessica is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and lasting wellness.

 

A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and Navy helicopter pilot, Jessica brings focus, discipline, and leadership to her coaching. After 15 years of service and becoming a mom of two, she understands firsthand the challenges of balancing fitness, family, and life’s demands.

 

Her training style blends structure and motivation with a supportive, personalized approach. Jessica designs programs that improve strength, endurance, and mobility while fitting seamlessly into real-life schedules.
